GARLIC PEPPER SPRAY (With Beneficials)
LEARN - SHARE - GROW
Hot Process or Cold Process ??

Hot process produces a more potent tea that is power packed to kill pests, but most of the beneficial enzymes are killed off in the process. Because of this we recommend using the Crushed Pepper flakes instead of fresh peppers in HOT processing. They are easy to use and you aren't worried about maintaining those "Fresh" enzymes from fresh peppers. Either way is great so use what is available to you.

Cold Process produces a bit less potent blend but the blend is infused with beneficial enzymes extracted from the peppers and the garlic. Both processes work great but cold processing takes a bit longer. We recommend you use freshly diced peppers for this process to extract enzymes however pepper flakes do work great as well so again use what is readily available to you.

How To:

**Note** 1 TSP Crushed pepper flakes = 1 Freshly chopped pepper**

*Cold Method*
6 x Garlic Bulbs Minced
12 x Minced Peppers (Or 4 TBSP Crushed Peppers)
1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Enough water to cover mix
Let sit overnight (Some add to jar and allow to sit several weeks play with it and see what works for you)

The next day add mix to blender along with 4 cups or so of water and blend mix.

Strain with cheese cloth so you can squeeze out all the juices. Add juices and mix back to a 1 gallon container and top off with fresh water.

**Directions**
At time of use add a 1:4 ratio of pepper tea to warm fresh water. (6oz in a 24oz spray bottle)
To this add: (depending on spray bottle size)
1 to 2 Tsp Bonner Soap
1 to 2 Tsp Olive Oil
1 to 2 Tsp Epsom Salt

Shake often as you use it to suspend oils within the liquid spray.
*Note* Warm water helps kill pets, along with the overall mix. The oil helps to suffocate the pets all the while attaching the pepper tea to them. The Soap helps disperse the oils evenly across the surface so you don't get too much in one area. The Epsom Salt is beneficial for one and also helps kill pests as it helps the oils to penetrate.
